Do you have a dog or cat you might know too well a hot spot. Hot spot is an inflammation of the skin (moist skin inflammation). Hot spot caused by rupture of the skin and the skin’s natural defense decompose. The liquids, itches and hurts and is in general a very distressing skin disorder for dog and owner. In a short time the wound may be very large and it can worsen the condition much. Unfortunately, the hot spot therefore also a bit of a struggle to get rid of. It costs a trip to the vet and an injection of antibiotics. The hair be shaved in and around the wound itself. Furthermore, following a penicillin and ointment to lubricate the attacking area.
3. Christmas Day, 27 December, will my dog Simba limped. I find my patch back and plasters him, as so many times before for gout. The patches did not appear to function as efficiently as they used to, or have Simba more evil than he used to?
The next day limping Simba ever. He pipes, but not as usual when he has hurt. I take his left front leg as he limps on, and begin to explore whether I can see or feel something different. His paw is completely wet and sticky between the pads. I’ll get a flashlight to light up between the pads. It is not easy to see, let alone on a black dog. Whew, a large open wound that fluids are completely red with big yellow splotches. I take my phone and take a picture, I send to the vet.
Alavida skin care for wound healing
I know that I will not get an answer here and now, as it was Monday night, and the vet has closed. But I can not wait until tomorrow and do nothing, so I’m thinking, of course, which of LifeWave’s products that can help him best. See now comes LifeWave’s new skincare line Alavida on the field. I come for the idea that David Schmidt (the man behind LifeWave products) at an event in Copenhagen in September 2015 told that Alavida get wounds to heal faster.
I’ll call a dear colleague to hear her opinion in relation to use Alavida; both cream and plaster on my dog Simba. We talk about the products 98.6 percent natural, so there will not be anything about it if Simba licking the cream of. She remembers no immediate David Schmidts statements about rapid healing, but we agree that it will not damage Simba. So Simba gets a Alavida patch in the neck and Alavida night cream on its paw.
Next day, before I early in the morning go to work, get Simba again Alavida night cream on its paw. I am home again at. 11 to vent him, before I continue. I look again on his paw, I did not give myself time to the morning. Here I discovered to my surprise that Simba’s paw no longer red and yellow splotches. It’s fine and bright red.
I take a picture with my phone and sent to the vet, who in the meantime has the answer to the first image: “It’s a Hot Spot a very unfortunate place as it is very hard to keep clean in the paw. You should come with him immediately, so we can get him into treatment.” When the vet looks picture no. 2, get there quick answer: “Tell me, how long is there between the two pictures?” Yes there such is approximately small 12 hours. The vet is very surprised that it can change so quickly, especially since he has not been to the vet and a Hot Spot usually lasts anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
Once again a really happy dog without pain, and a happy dog owner who has saved a trip to the vet and a vet bill.
So now it keep an eye on my Alavida products. It could be Simba went and got a taste for it.
