We focus on all types of exercise forms, such as fitness, running, cycling, Open water swimming or new and different ways of exercising. You can also get workout tips, tips for healthy weight loss or ideas on fun and effective workout with your kids.
2. Nutrition and diet
We focus on healthy eating and will include subjects like raw food, sugar, nuts, fish oil, vitamins, healthy snacks, etc. We also focus on vegan and vegetarian diets.
3. Work life balance
Work life balance is essential in order to have a good life. Here we talk about things like stress and depression, and what you can do to prevent and maintain a high quality of life. The articles bring up your sleep and tips for a less stressful life with more happiness. Here we take a particular closer look at light therapy, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The articles are intended as an aid to self-help for busy family with children, people with a busy career or others who have overly busy and hectic lives.

How many chemicals do you have in your life? I know most of us.
