The path to (almost) quitting smoking with a little help from LifeWave (part 5)

How can I stop smoking? The first two months went straight by the book: Not a single cigarette. What happened and why? I still don’t know. Right now I smoke a cigarette in the morning when I’m by the square to pick up flowers and then I smoke when I’m with my favorite sister-in-law.

It gives me the sense of peace that I have been wanting for so long. I don’t beat myself up over a morning cigarette and smoking with my sister-in-law. After all, I started off smoking 20+ cigarettes a day.

What stopped me from quitting smoking completely is probably the fact that I was really upset about my weight. I mean, who likes gaining 10 kg in a week? The weight just appeared out of thin air. I was incredibly frustrated with my weight and my new look. It was a bit hard to swallow. The 10 kg have now reduced to 6.5 kg so I am extremely happy. I’m on the right track!

There’s no doubt that the LifeWave patches have helped me out, but really worked on it myself as well. Smoking is highly addictive and it has been hard mentally.

These patches helped me

I have on my way to becoming smokeless really appreciated the SP6 Complete, which has helped me reduce craving and smoking addition. Y-Age Aeon has given me peace and kept my mind at ease so that the people around me could stand being near me. Y-Age Glutathione has cleansed my body and gaven me peace. You can in my previous post read more about the points and patches that I’ve used.

LifeWave is not the reason for me ‘almost’ quitting smoking. However, LifeWave patches have been reducing my cravings and stress. It gives me some sense of peace – but not quite the same tranquility as lighting a cigarette. This is where I have to fight to achieve my goal.

Everyday life as such isn’t really challenging. Nor is it to be in my own company (it has otherwise been bad during my previous attempts to quit smoking. Spending time alone has been the worst before). But it is still the people I know who smoke that trigger me the most.

From 20+ cigarettes to a few

When I started my journey towards living life as a non smoker, I thought it would be a wonderful idea to share my journey with you. On the one hand, I think it has given me a push in the right direction…but it’s definitely also been difficult to write about. I am constantly reminded of cigarettes. Those damn cigarettes that have been a part of my life for so many years – and now I have to do without them. I remind all the time when writing about them. It’s a bit difficult, I have to admit. Fortunately, it also helps process it and I have become much wiser about myself.

Success or failure? One morning cigarette and smoke with my favorite sister-in-law is enough for me. It’s a victory to go from 20+ to where I am today. I still believe in myself.

I hope that you have your way of quitting smoking. Hopefully you can use some of the thoughts and experiences that I have had on my journey. If nothing else, you can take comfort in the fact that it is hard even with all the means available, and there is no direct and clear way to do it.Vaegttab-lifewave

Losing weight with LifeWave

I now use the LifeWave products to lose weight. Additionally, the LifeWave’s products act as my own personal pharmacy because I’m also addicted to feeling good.

And one last thing. My skin is lovely after heavily reducing the amount of cigarettes I smoke! I have always had pimples. I still get them, but not to the same extent that I used to.

What NOT to love.
