This spring writes Anne-Marie to me that she needs my help. She has awakened after a night of almost no sleep because of the pain in the hip. As you may remember from my previous blog post, she started as LifeWave distributor, after she experienced great effect on the heel spurs, which she has been with for years. Anne-Marie is now unsure whether she can use two sets of IceWave patches simultaneously when she actually has pain in both hips. Anne-Marie has had hip pain on and off for 45 years.
I explain that she can use two sets of IceWave patches, but I recommend that she tries to make what is called a through shot. A shot through the means she puts the brown IceWave patch on the left hip and the White IceWave patch on the right hip. Yes, try to imagine a shot that goes into one side and out the other. And then I say that she should try to make a self-test and possibly stacking with other patches.
Using the IceWave pain patch
- Day 1: Brown-IceWave patch directly on the pain, white IceWave patch as a bullet hole on the other hip. Y-Age Aeon middle of the lower back. After three quarters, she feels that she is almost painless.
- Day 2: She moves the white and brown IceWave patch just below where they sat the day before. After 10 minutes she’s painless.
- Day 3: On the third day, she puts the patches as day 1. There is little pain, and then the hip it suddenly quite well.

When Anne-Marie has been an independent LifeWave distributor since the beginning of the year and has been good to read and learn even, she has learned to make the tilt test and other self-tests. It is also one of the valuable learning that you can get with by meeting up for some of all the meetings that are turned up around the country, when you have become a distributor. Alternatively, you can get a LifeWave distributor to take you to an introductory meeting (they held throughout the country continuously) if you want to hear a little about the patches before you may decide to test them and go further to start as a distributor.
